ZA Bank Limited Member Get Member Programme Terms and Conditions (Personal Loan)


Programme

1.  ZA Bank Limited (“ZA Bank”) Member Get Member Programme (Personal Loan) (“MGM”) commences from 21 November 2020 until terminated or withdrawn by ZA Bank in accordance with Clause 14 (the “applicable period”).


2.  By participating in this MGM Programme, participants are deemed to accept all the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) below.


Eligibility

3.  To be eligible for the MGM Programme, the participant (“Participant”) must:


  3.1  be a valid account holder of a ZA Bank account; and

  3.2  pass the internal review which will be completed by ZA Bank upon or after successful account opening.


4.  During the applicable period, the Participant will be eligible for the referral reward in Clauses 5 and 6 if the conditions below are fulfilled (“Successful Referral”):


  4.1  The Participant refers a person (“Referee”) to apply a personal loan with an amount of HKD 50,000 or above, and successfully drawdown with ZA Bank during the applicable period;

    (a)  upon receiving an invitation code relating to the MGM Programme, the Participant must forward that invitation code to the Referee;

    (b)  the Referee must successfully redeem the invitation code and successfully submit a personal loan application with the invitation code and submit a full and complete set of required information and documents; and

    (c)  such other additional requirements imposed by ZA Bank are fulfilled.


5.  Upon Successful Referral, the Participant and the Referee shall be rewarded according to the criteria as set out below which will be adjusted from time to time (“Reward Criteria”).


Applicable to the Successful Referral from 21 November 2020:

Rewards

6.  Subject to Clause 4, the Participant and the Referee shall receive his/her referral reward in Clause 5 above if,


  6.1  the status of the Participant’s and the Referee’s account with ZA Bank remains valid and active. If his/her account is closed during the applicable period or upon release of the Rewards, ZA Bank has the right to forfeit the referral reward without prior notice, and no reward will be credited to any other account or through any other means.


7.  The referral reward will be credited to the Participant’s and the Referee’s account maintained with ZA Bank. If the account is under internal review, the referral reward will be credited to his/her account maintained with ZA Bank upon the completion of internal review.


8.  In the event that the Referee early settles the loan within the 7 days cooling-off period, the cash reward credited to the Referee’s account maintained with ZA Bank upon loan drawdown will be deducted upon early settlement.


9.  In the event that the referee, who at the time of loan application, is a new customer and has successfully drawdown and opened a bank account at the end of the loan application process, only the referral reward for Personal Loan will be credited to the referrer and referee’s ZA Bank account but not including the referral reward for new account opening.


10.  Participant must not refer themselves as Referees.


11.  All referral rewards cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged or converted into other form, unless otherwise specified.


12.  ZA Bank will not entertain any request to alter the referral rewards.


13.  If the Participant or the Referee does not receive the referral rewards within 30 days after fulfilling all conditions under Clause 4 and Clause 6, the Participant or the Referee must inform ZA Bank within 30 days from the day in which all conditions are fulfilled. ZA Bank will arrange for the crediting of the reward to the Participant or the Referee after it has confirmed the Participant and the Referee had fulfilled the conditions.


General

14.  ZA Bank reserves the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the MGM Programme, the reward, and to amend or revise any of these T&Cs from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever to the extent permitted by applicable law.


15.  ZA Bank may, from time to time, impose daily limitations on the number of redemption of invitation code.


16.  In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these terms and conditions or any communications, the decision of ZA Bank is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.


17.  If the Participant or the Referee has any enquiries towards the MGM Programme, please contact ZA Bank at 3665 3665.


18.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Participant and Referee agrees that in no event shall ZA Bank be liable for any loss or damages which he/she may suffer or incur, in connection with the MGM Programme.


19.  No one other than the Participant, the Referee and ZA Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 3) of the Laws of Hong Kong to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.


20.  These T&Cs are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.


21.  In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
