Specialty Coffee Buy-One-Get-One-Free Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.  Promotion period is from 19 October 2020 to 30 Sep 2021, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2.  The promotion is only applicable to holder of ZA Card (“You”, or “Cardholder”).

3.  During the Promotion Period, you can enjoy a complimentary coffee beverage upon purchasing a coffee beverage with original price at Promotion Outlets. (“Offer”)

4.  Promotion Outlets are all the Hong Kong outlets of the below coffee merchants (“Merchant”):

  •   %Arabica

  •   HABITU

  •   Le Pain Quotidien

  •   OMOTESDANDO KOFFEE

ZA Bank may add or remove the coffee merchants from time to time without further notice. You may check the latest merchant list at ZA Bank website bank.za.group.

5.  You are required to settle payment with ZA Card to be entitled to the Offer. The ZA Card payment must be in form of either:

  a.  Physical card, or

  b.  Provisioned mobile wallet such as Apple Pay

6.  You can only use the Offer once per day and 4 times per month.

7.  In case of any abuse of Offer or violation of clause 6, the Bank shall reserve the right to claim back the Offer and deduct the extra discount you enjoyed from the Offer from your Savings Account.

8.  Any images or videos of the ZA Card are not eligible for this Offer.

9.  Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, cash vouchers or discounts offered by Merchant.

10.  The offer and complimentary drinks are only applicable to selected coffee beverages; selected coffee beverages are subject to each participating merchant.

11.  The complimentary coffee beverage is applicable for selected coffee beverages only while stocks last and must be the same or lower price as the coffee beverage purchased.

12.  Limited quotas apply. Promotion is subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.

13.  You should understand and accept that ZA Bank is not the supplier of the products/services supplied by Merchant or Promotion Outlets under or in connection with the Promotion. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by Merchant or Promotion Outlets, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the promotion of the offer or in making available the offer or the products and/or services under the Promotion, by Merchant or Promotion Outlets, its employees, officers or agents.

14.  ZA Bank reserves the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the Promotion, and to amend or revise any of these Terms in relation to the Promotion from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

15.  In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these Terms or any communications, the decision of ZA Bank is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.

16.  No one other than the Cardholder and ZA Bank (includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms.

17.  These Terms are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

18.  In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
