ZA Bank Limited (“ZA Bank”) Card number reservation campaign (“Campaign”) Terms and Conditions
1. Customers who holds an ZA Bank account (“Customer”) will be eligible to join the Campaign.
2. The campaign period is from 5th Oct 2020 to 12th Oct 2020, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
3. Customer must complete the reservation process during the Campaign Period for the card number to be reserved. Card number will bind with customer’s mobile number registered at ZA Bank upon successful reservation.
4. Reserved card number will be assigned to customer upon successful opening of ZA Card if all the following criteria are met:
a. Same mobile number registered with ZA Bank during card opening and card number reservation.
b. ZA Card opening within 30 days after the official launch of ZA Card service.
5. Reserved card number will be assigned on a first come first served basis. After reservation, if the Customer does not officially apply for the ZA Card within 30 days, the reserved card number may be released and taken up by other customer.
6. Reserved card number cannot be revised, transferred, returned, or exchanged, unless otherwise specified.
7. ZA Bank reserves the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the Campaign and to amend or revise any of these T&Cs from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
8. In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these terms and conditions or any communications, the decision of ZA Bank is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. These T&Cs are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
