ZA Bank Limited (“ZA Bank”) “Go Big, and Win $120k” (“Campaign”) Terms and conditions (“T&Cs”)
1. The Campaign consists of two rewards:
| Reward 1 | 1 Lucky Draw winner will be entitled to HKD 120,000 & 5 Lucky Draw winners will be entitled to HKD 10,000 each |
| Reward 2 | +0.6% 3-month HKD time deposit rate-up coupon, maximum placement of time deposit is HKD 80,000 |
2. The Campaign period is from 21 Jun 2020 to 31 Aug 2020 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion period”).
3. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign under clause 1 above, the participant (“Participant”) must
3.1 Be an existing customer to ZA Bank before the end of the Promotion period; and
3.2 Pass the internal review which will be completed by ZA Bank upon or after successful account opening before the end of the Promotion period; and
3.3 Never use the invitation code “WANT11K” & “GET300” for account opening; and
3.4 Have Registered for the HKSAR Government’s Cash Payout Scheme (“Scheme”) through ZA Bank on or before 31st Aug 2020 with the designated ZA Bank account (“Registration”).
3.5 Have Received the Cash Payout through ZA Bank on or before 31st Aug 2020 with the designated ZA Bank account (“Recepit of Cash Payout”).
4. Participant who fulfil all requirements under clause 3 can receive both Reward 1 and Reward 2.
5. ZA Bank will randomly select a total of 6 Lucky Draw winners (the “Lucky Draw”) from the Participants who fulfil requirements under clause 3 on 9 Sep 2020. Each of the Lucky Draw winners is entitled to one prize under Reward 1. The result of the Lucky Draw will be announced on ZA Bank’s website on 9 Sep 2020.
6. The Participant who fulfil requirements 3.1 – 3.4 under clause 3 above will receive a rate-up coupon within 3 working days after date of Registration:
6.1 The Rate-up Coupon applies a promotional interest rate to time deposits placed by the Participant in their ZA Bank account. The additional interest rate per annum is specified on the Rate-up Coupon and is applied on top of ZA Bank’s basic time deposit annual interest rate. They are subject to change as per prevailing market conditions.
6.2 The maturity period to be entitled for the Rate-up Coupon is 3 months.
6.3 The Rate-up Coupon shall expire after 15 days from the date of receipt. No Rate-up Coupon will be reissued after expiry.
6.4 The Rate-up Coupon can be used once only and cannot be transferred to others, converted to cash or other products or used with other vouchers.
7. All rewards cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged or converted into other form, unless otherwise specified.
8. ZA Bank reserves the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the campaign or reward, and to amend or revise any of these T&Cs from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever. The Participants will be subject to these T&Cs in force at the time of applying to ZA Bank for account opening during the Promotion Period.
9. In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these terms and conditions or any communications, the decision of ZA Bank is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Reward cannot be rewarded/used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons offered by ZA Bank, nor be transferred or exchanged for other.

12. These T&Cs are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
13. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
14. Employees of ZA Bank Limited are ineligible to participate in the Campaign.
