Promotional Terms and Conditions of ZA Bank Limited – Account Opening Offer Programme
1. ZA Bank Limited (“ZA Bank”) Account Opening Offer Programme (“Programme”) commences from 5th Nov 2020 and concludes on 28th Feb 2021, inclusive of both dates (“Account Opening Period”).
2. By participating in this Programme, participants are deemed to accept all the promotional Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) below.
Eligibility
3. The participant (“Participant”) will be eligible for the rewards (“Rewards”) in Clause 4 if conditions below are fulfilled:
3.1 The Participant must be a new customer to ZA Bank Limited (“ZA Bank”) since 5th Nov 2020 and does not hold any product or service with ZA Bank (including but not limited to deposit account and loan account) before 5th Nov 2020; and
3.2 The Participant has redeemed the invitation code for the Programme and successfully submit an account opening application with the invitation code within the Account Opening Period; and
3.3 The Participant has successfully opened an account with ZA Bank; and
3.4 The Participant has passed the internal review which will be completed by ZA Bank upon or after successful account opening; and
3.5 The Participant has reached HKD 10,000 equivalent day-end balance for any 1 day within 7 days after successful account opening.
Rewards
4. The Participant shall receive HKD 100 cash rewards within 3 working days if the Participant fulfil conditions 3.1 – 3.5 under Clause 3 above.
5. The Participant shall receive his/her Rewards in accordance with Clause 4 above if, the status of the Participant’s account with ZA Bank remains valid and active. If his/her account is closed, ZA Bank has the right to forfeit the Rewards without prior notice, and no Rewards will be credited to any other account or through any other means until the status of such account is back to normal.
6. All Rewards cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged or converted into other form, unless otherwise specified.
7. ZA Bank will not entertain any request to alter the Rewards.
8. The Rewards will be credited to the Participant’s account maintained with ZA Bank. If the account is under internal review, the Rewards will be credited to his/her account maintained with ZA Bank upon the completion of internal review.
9. If the Participant does not receive the Rewards within 30 days after fulfilling all conditions under Clause 3, the Participant must inform ZA Bank within 30 days from the day in which all conditions are fulfilled. ZA Bank will arrange for the crediting of the Rewards to the Participant after it has confirmed the Participant had fulfilled the conditions.
10. Subject to Clause 4, each Participant is entitled to the Rewards once only.
11. The Rewards cannot be rewarded/used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other.
General
12. ZA Bank reserves the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the Programme, the reward, and to amend or revise any of these T&Cs from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. ZA Bank may, from time to time, impose daily limitations on the number of redemption of invitation code.
14. In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these terms and conditions or any communications, the decision of ZA Bank is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. If the Participant has any enquiries towards the Programme, please contact ZA Bank at 3665 3665.
16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Participant agrees that in no event shall ZA Bank be liable for any loss or damages which he/she may suffer or incur, in connection with the Programme.
17. No one other than the Participant and ZA Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 3) of the Laws of Hong Kong to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
18. These T&Cs are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
19. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.

ZA Bank Limited - 開戶優惠活動條款及細則
1. ZA Bank Limited - 開戶優惠活動 (「活動」) 推廣期為 2020 年 11 月 5 日起至 2021年 2 月 28 日(包括首尾兩天)(「推廣期」)。
2. 參加本活動代表參加者接受以下條款與細則(「條款與細則」)。
參加資格
3. 參加者(「參加者」)滿足以下所有條件可以獲得第四條的現金獎賞:
3.1 參加者必須在 2020 年 11 月 5 日或之後成為 ZA Bank 的新客戶,以及在 2020 年 11 月 5 日之前未曾持有任何 ZA Bank 的產品(包括但不限於存款賬戶、貸款賬戶);同時
3.2 參加者成功於推廣期使用活動指定的邀請碼並申請開立ZA Bank賬戶;同時
3.3 參加者成功開立了 ZA Bank 賬戶;同時
3.4 參加者在開戶過程中成功通過了銀行的內部審查流程;同時
3.5 參加者必須在開戶後 7 日内有至少一天的日終存款結餘達到等值港幣 10,000 元。
獎賞
4. 參加者滿足 3.1 - 3.5 條款之要求後的三個工作天內獲得 HKD 100 現金獎賞。
5. 如果參加者滿足以下條件,參加者將會根據以上第四條規定獲取獎勵:參加者在ZA Bank的賬戶狀態必須保持正常。如果參加者的賬戶狀態為關閉,ZA Bank 保留不再給予獎勵的權利而不另行通知,同時,也不會以任何理由及任何形式將獎勵發放之任何其他賬戶,直至參加者的賬戶恢復正常狀態。
6. 除有其他規定外,所有獎勵將不可以任何其他方式或形式發放。
7. ZA Bank 不會接受任何更改獎賞的要求。
8. 獎勵將會發放至參加者的 ZA Bank 賬戶。如果參加者的賬戶正通過內部查核,獎賞將會延遲至賬戶查核通過後發放。
9. 如果參加者在滿足第三條所有條件後的 30 個工作天內還未有收到獎勵發放,參加者請於滿足第三條所有條件的 30 個工作天內通知 ZA Bank。 ZA Bank 在確定參加者符合第三條的所有條件後安排發放獎勵。
10. 根據第四條規則規定,每位參加者只能獲得一次獎賞。
11. 此獎賞不可與其他優惠、折扣或優惠券同時使用、不可轉讓他人、不可兌換現金或換取其他優惠。
一般
12. ZA Bank保留對活動條款及細則的修訂、取消的權力,ZA Bank也無需在活動條款及細則,獎勵方式發生改變時提前通知,也沒有告知變更原因的義務。
13. ZA Bank 可能不時對邀請碼的兌換次數設定每日限制。
14. 若因本活動條款或條件或任何溝通過程中產生的任何歧義、疑問或爭議,ZA Bank擁有最終決策權而無需告知理由。
15. 如參加者對活動有任何疑問,可致電3665 3665 聯絡ZA Bank。
16. 在香港特別行政區法律許可下,參加者同意 ZA Bank 將不會承擔任何因活動產生的損失。
17. 除 ZA Bank 和參加者外,沒有任何第三方有權要求及享受活動的獎賞。除ZA Bank和參加者外,其他人均無權根據《合約 ( 第三者權利) 條例》 (香港法例 第 623 章) 行使或享有任何這些條款和條件的利益。
18. 上述活動條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄,並按其進行解釋。當事人受到香港特別行政區法院管轄。
19. 本條款的中英文版本如何任何歧異或不一致,概以英文版為準。
